A Muffle Furnace, also known as a box-type resistance furnace or high-temperature furnace, is an enclosed heat treatment system heated by electric heating elements. Its key feature is an independent heating chamber, commonly referred to as the muffle chamber, which allows materials to be heated, sintered, ashed, or heat-treated in a controlled environment while preventing direct contact with the heating elements and reducing the risk of contamination. From laboratory materials research to industrial heat treatment production, muffle furnaces are widely used in materials science, chemical analysis, ceramic processing, metal heat treatment, and other high-temperature applications. With precise temperature control, uniform heat distribution, and reliable safety performance, they have become essential equipment for both research and production environments. This box furnace adopts a polycrystalline mullite fiber chamber, which features low thermal conductivity, high structural strength, and excellent heat insulation performance for improved energy efficiency. The furnace roof is designed with a reinforced composite structure to prevent collapse during long-term high-temperature operation. This series of box furnaces is specially developed for universities, research institutes, laboratories, and industrial enterprises. It is suitable for the sintering, melting, analysis, and heat treatment of metals, non-metals, and various compound materials.
